"I found Primeline Roofing & Building in my local ‘Net’ and phoned a week or so ago as my chimney pots were leaning. I spoke to Michael and he called that day to see what the problem was and gave me a quote for the work that was needed i.e. straighten the pots, re-pointing etc. I was impressed by his professionalism and accepted the quote he gave me on the day. Michael kept me advised of when the work would be carried out (it was weather dependent). Michael’s team [Phil, Sam & Daniel] arrived very promptly at the time I’d been given. What a brilliant team – very friendly, polite and efficient. Excellent work, even clearing moss from my gutters (many thanks team). All rubbish taken away once the work was completed and the area left clean and tidy. Sam even showed me a photo of the work that had been carried out. The job involved renewing lead flashing, repointing ridge tiles and moss removal. The work was carried out in less than a day and the roof now looks as good as new. Although the work created a certain amount of mess, the work area was left clean and tidy once the repairs were done. Our son works for Kent Police and he was happy to know that we had picked a reliable company to carry out the work. Their price was very competitive and would definitely use the again. Would also recommend them to friends and family.

We chose Primeline Roofing and Building LTD to put a new roof on our house after receiving a recommendation from a neighbour who used them to complete a similar job. Based on the quotes we received, Primeline was very reasonably priced. Michael came to view the job, was very informative regarding what needed to be done, and kept us informed of the progress throughout the work. They were able to start work quickly and completed the job far quicker than we had anticipated. When an issue arose regarding supplies, which threatened to hold the job up, Michael brought in additional workers to keep the job running to schedule. The team that worked on the job were simply outstanding. They were friendly, polite, and very professional. They were considerate to us and the neighbours at all times. They were highly efficient and worked their socks off. They took photos of the roof at various stages of completion so we were able to monitor the progress. They really gave the impression that they cared and were committed to doing a good job. There were also a few additional tasks that they noticed and completed, such as clearing the leaves from the gutter and fixing a downpipe that had become unattached. This didn't take long but was a gesture which was very much appreciated and showed they were prepared to go above and beyond. They did an excellent job of clearing up after themselves when the job was complete. Thank you, lads, for your hard work! The roof looks as if it has been completed to a high standard, and we are looking forward to not having any leaks the next time it rains.

Found Primeline in the ‘Net’ booklet, the same day Micheal came round and quoted for the job leaving a pamphlet with full details.
