They were professional, punctual, courteous and friendly, and very good at solving the inevitable hidden problems encountered in older houses. They kept the mess and disruption to a minimum and always cleared up afterwards; they also disposed of the old bathroom fittings and fixtures promptly without fuss.  Their price was competitive and excellent value for money. In fact, we were so impressed that we have decided to use them again to upgrade our downstairs cloakroom, without even bothering to ask anybody else for a quote.
