Find out about the history and heritage of Newington from pre-Roman to the modern day through talks, exhibitions, displays and chats with local history specialists. Free event in the village hall, including free refreshments. Parking at the hall (free) and in Callaways Lane. Newington History Group holds monthly public meetings with speakers (except Jan and Aug) at 7.30pm on the fourth Thursday in the hall. Visitors £4 at door and membership is available £18pa.
