Join members of the Historical Research Group of Sittingbourne on Wednesday 17th July at 7pm, for a talk on ‘The Story of English Freedom’ by Andy Thomas. Find out about many of the main events: starting from Boudicca’s rebellion against Roman invaders; through to the Peasants’ Revolt and on to the struggles of the Suffragettes.
