Bearsted Choral Society presents “Sunrise & Midnight” In “Sunrise Mass”, modern Norwegian composer Ola Gjeilo depicts a journey from nebulous space to earthy groundedness, inspired by music from film scores. For “Messe de Minuit”, 17 Century French composer Marc-Antoine Charpentier used the melodies from 10 French carols of the time.
