Cobham Gardeners’ Society Expert Speaker Talk 6.30pm for 7pm at The Meadow Rooms, The Street, Cobham “Raised Beds & No Dig Gardening” by Alison Marsden. Alison looks at raised beds & no dig gardening.  Nature grows plants without digging so why do gardeners seem to be obsessed with turning over the soil?  A look at the good and the bad that happens when we dig and why just stopping is not the whole answer for a productive garden.  Plus, the benefits and practicalities of gardening in raised beds.    Entry is free to members and non-members are welcome and pay only £3.  For more information email cobhamgs@hotmail.co.uk
