At 7pm at Christchurch Hall, Old Road East, Gravesend DA12 1AR. A talk and practical demonstration by a practitioner on the importance of finding time for meditation in our daily lives. Royal Osteoporosis leaflets will be available and there will be a raffle. There will be time for a chat over coffee and Christmas refreshments. Entry £2.
