Community Talks In Herne Bay – Herbalism: Nature’s Healing GIFT – Herbal Medicine for Wellbeing and Everyday Use with Herbalist and Naturopath, Francesca Giorda. Herbal remedies grow all around us. In our gardens, in parks, along country paths, but, most of them are regarded as weeds. Yet, all of them have healing and medicinal properties that we can learn to harness. Just as people are different in their characters and personalities, so are herbs in their qualities, taste and actions. In this talk, we will look at how we can recognise these qualities and choose the best herb that will improve our symptoms.
