26th July 9.45am to 4.30pm ME4 4UH
Enjoy a day exploring some of the works of British composer, Bob Chilcott, hosted by Rochester Choral Society and Rainham Ladies and conducted by the man himself.  You’ll spend the day meeting new people and improving your singing skills under the guidance of this well known and respected tutor/composer.  We will be accompanied by piano in the historic surroundings of St George’s Centre in Chatham Maritime ME4 4UH It is not essential to be a fluent music reader but you should be familiar with following a score. Music will be provided:  A Little Jazz Mass (SATB), Evening Hymn (SAB) and Like a Singing Bird (SATB). The cost for the day is £25.00.  This includes music hire, (which you can purchase and get signed by the composer) refreshments, tea, coffee, soft drinks, biscuits and maybe cakes.
