Medway Model Clubs turns 40 this year! Please come and join in the celebrations.
The Medway Model Club in association with the Royal Engineers Museum is starting its ruby year by hosting the Medway Model Show on 2nd and 3rd of September 10am – 5pm (last entry 4pm).
Alongside the Medway’s Model Club will be various other clubs, traders, make and take and a competition Sunday for those in attendance.
Ticket prices include an entire year’s admission to visit the Royal Engineers Museum as many as times as you like. Explore exactly how the Royal Engineers evolved from military architects and specialists in siege craft to pioneers of combat engineering techniques from diving surveying and flying to photography and the world’s first usable guided torpedo. See the history of specialist engineer’s tanks and equipment up close including a Churchill bridge layer and the latest combat engineer vehicle “Trojan”.
