Ashford Archaeological and Historical Society is on Monday September 21st at 7.30 at the Quaker Meeting House, Albert Road, Ashford when the speaker will be Jason Hulett and his subject will be: ‘Medieval Knife Crime.’ He will discuss knives from the 14th to the 16th century both as everyday tools and as weapons and various attempts to control them. Also some people who were on the wrong side of the crime as Christopher Marlow and Thomas Arden. All  are welcome. Visitors £4.
