Lovely World – Imagining a Cool, Green Future The Alexander Centre, Faversham, June 24 + 25 2023 Involving around 25 projects and organisations, Lovely World will be a large-scale exhibition and event in Faversham that aims to give visitors a glimpse of how we might live in 15/20 years, if we make the right environmental choices today. The scope of Lovely World takes in everything from energy to transport, food to employment, leisure, clothing and design, the built environment and natural environment; how communities live. Its aims are to demonstrate that technologies and policies already in development, and behaviours and actions observed across the world, have the potential to transform the quality of our environment and of our lives for the better. here will be a programme of talks and performances, including poetry, a sound and music performance, films and a range of speakers.
