Faversham Family Bike Ride returns!
Looking for a fun, active way to kick off summer?
The Faversham Family Bike Ride 2026 is the perfect excuse to dust off your bike and enjoy a fantastic day out with family and friends.
Take part in this years’ Family Bike Ride on Sunday 31st May 10am start, this much-loved community event invites riders of all ages and abilities to take on a relaxed 12.5 km route through the beautiful countryside on a circular route past Belmont House and Golf Club with a halfway drinks station.
Starting and finishing at The Abbey School, the ride is designed to be accessible, making it ideal for beginners, families with children, and seasoned cyclists alike. So, get the kids off those screens and blow off some steam in the great outdoors!
Organised by the Rotary Club of Faversham, the event is now in its fifth successful year and continues to bring the community together for great local causes. Every pedal helps support local charities, so you can feel good while having fun.
Expect a friendly atmosphere, well-marked routes with volunteer marshals and plenty of support along the way. Whether you’re riding solo, with friends, or as part of a family team, it’s all about getting involved and enjoying the journey.
So grab your helmet, hop on your bike, and join the fun – Faversham countryside is waiting to be explored on two wheels!
Entry:
• Adults £12, children under 16 £5
• Children must be accompanied by an adult
• Start time is 10am prompt
• Participants are required to have a valid, safe helmet and a roadworthy bike
