Eight million stitches!
That’s how many went into the spectacular art exhibition ‘Threads through Creation’ showing at Rochester Cathedral from 29th July to 3rd September. Textile artist Jacqui Parkinson has stitched twelve huge silk panels that re-tell the story of creation from the bible. Amazing colours and designs. It’s breath-taking, it’s uplifting. Not to be missed!
