Aromatherapy dates back thousands of years and its use of essential oils, extracted from raw organic material, varies, depending on the outcome you want. The oils either blended together or on their own, can have a huge impact on the different systems of the body. Rachael will be introducing you to the history of Aromatherapy and a range of Essential oils and their uses. She will be giving tips on how you can use essential oils safely at home in various different ways and the benefits of visiting a qualified Aromatherapist.
