Community Bootsale

Community Bootsale
10:00 to 16:00. The event is like a big car boot sale, but with everyone selling their unwanted items from their front gardens or driveways. Participants register their stall and selling address on the website (www.twyardsale.co.uk – we will be opening it for registrations at the end of April) and enter some information about what they will have on offer. They are then plotted on an interactive map, which visitors to the town can use to plot their route for the day. Local businesses get involved too and can use the opportunity to promote their activities. The first three Yard Sales have been very popular with over 100 stall holders. The idea is to encourage de-cluttering and recycling, celebrate the local community and bring visitors to Tunbridge Wells.
