Christmas Tree Recycling

The Fifth Trust charity is holding a Christmas tree recycling scheme throughout January. For a minimum donation of £5 to The Fifth Trust, you can recycle your real Christmas trees at the Vineyard Garden Centre (CT4 6LN) and help support 170 adults with learning disabilities. Simply drop your tree off between 9-5 Monday-Saturday and 10-4 Sundays or book a home collection (for an additional fee). The trees will be turned into woodchip by local tree surgeons Tree Guys Kent and reused throughout The Fifth Trust’s sites in compost, pathways and more. Please ensure all lights and decorations are removed from your tree before donating. It is a wonderful way to support a great charity whilst being sustainable.
