Swim Mobiity

Swim Mobility We meet every Tuesday between Midday and 1.00pm at the Maidstone Leisure Centre. People with disabilities or mobility problems are all welcome to come and join in. We are also looking for volunteer helpers. The session is not a formal lesson and members are free to swim alone. be given assistance by a qualified teacher or join in the aqua aerobics session.
