Southfleet Gardeners’ Society

Southfleet Gardeners’ Society There has been a Gardeners Society in Southfleet since 1938. Today’s Society has around 100 members and is affiliated to the Royal Horticultural Society. We are a friendly bunch and welcome both casual visitors to our events and new members. Our members are of mixed gardening ability and interest, hence our varied programme. We also encourage young people; there is no membership fee for the under 16s. The Society puts on three main shows each year: Spring, Rose and Summer. There are sometimes classes for cookery, local crafts and photography. We hold monthly meetings, as well as social events and have visits from expert speakers at Southfleet Village Hall, a modern venue with good wheelchair access, disabled toilets and a large car park. for more information email sga1938@talktalk.net or ring 07918 687025
