Rochester Dementia Memory Cafe. If you have dementia or are caring for someone with dementia come along to your local Cafe. Meet others in a similar situation in a relaxed and social setting. Held in the Parish Centre at St Peter’s, Delce Road, Rochester, ME1 2EH, on the 4th Friday each month (no cafe December ) from 1.30pm to 3.30pm. Everyone Welcome.
