Rethink Medway Peer Support Group

We cover the whole Medway Area and we welcome enquiries about the group from those who require peer support and are suffering from mental health and or social isolation issues.
We do not offer advice or any sort of counselling we can compost you to other services who might help more across Medway

As a group we meet up and provide a safe and confidential space to meet and connect with others and enjoy activities such as quizzes, tai chi, bowling, outings, theatre trips and more
