Northfleet and District Probus Club The club meet at Shorne Village Hall, Shorne every other Tuesday morning from 10 00am until noon, and the membership comprises retired and partially retired PROfessional and BUSinessmen, hence the name PROBUS. The organisation is international, and has been in existence for over 50 years. At each meeting there is a speaker who will give a presentation on a topic of common interest, and there are four lunches per year. In addition, there are social trips to varied and interesting places throughout the year. Membership is £15 pa and £5 each meeting, to include coffee and a free raffle.
