Medway Parents and Carers Forum

For parents and carers of children and young people with disabilities and additional support needs from all communities and all areas across Medway. We raise awareness of and have a collective voice around common issues faced by our families. In partnership with professionals, support groups and service providers, we work to ensure better outcomes for our children and young people, by getting feedback and involvement from their parents and carers. We hold regular coffee mornings, consultations, surveys and events and attend several decision making groups.
