Rethink Medway, We cover the whole Medway Area and we welcome enquiries about the group from those who require peer support and are suffering from mental health and or social isolation issues. We do not offer advice or any sort of counselling we can signpost you to other services who might help more across Medway As a group we meet up and provide a safe and confidential space to meet and connect with others and enjoy activities such as quizzes, tai chi, bowling, outings, theatre trips and more If this group appeals to you and you would like to know more about meeting frequency etc or just an informal chat then please do get in touch using either of the contact details we look forward to hearing from you and maybe we will be welcoming you to the group soon MedwayGroup@rethink.org
