Gravesend Rowing Club

Gravesend Rowing Club, New Bridge Causeway, Gordon Promenade DA12 2BS is the oldest sports club in Gravesham (est.1878), and has charitable status. It provides training and rowing experiences in sculling and sweep oared boats. The lower age range at which you can join is 13, and we have a thriving junior and adult section. We are affiliated to our governing body (British Rowing Association), which dictates that in order to row you must be able to swim 100m.

Full Rowing Membership:-
Adult (Over 18 years) Annual:- £360.00 Monthly:-£30.00
Junior (13-18years) Annual:- £216.00 Monthly:- £18.00
OAP:- Annual:- £216.00 Monthly £18.00
Students – Visiting students pay £10 for each of the Christmas and Easter holidays, and £60 for the summer holidays. Students rowing all year round pay £18pcm or £216 per year.

Land Trainer Only:- Annual:- £216.00 Monthly £18.00

We not only train but also enter into regattas and head races throughout the year. The club is open every day of the week for one of our membership groups. We also have strong links with several schools in the area as well as scouts and explorer groups and the PLA.
