Eastchurch Seated Yoga Group

Eastchurch Seated Yoga Group Meet fortnightly for relaxing seated yoga. Beneficial for all ages and all abilities. Begins at 2pm for 1 hour. Followed by tea/coffee and cake. £3.50 per session.
