East Kent Morris

East Kent Morris is a group of dancers and musicians who meet at Mountbatten Hall, The Forstal, Mersham TN25 6NU (opposite The Farriers) 8pm-10pm on Wednesday evenings from September to April. From May to August, however, we dance at a variety of pubs and events around East Kent, and sometimes further afield – usually on Wednesday evenings or at the weekends. Often accompanied by our Hooden Horse, Invicta, we perform traditional Morris dances in the Cotswold style (hankies and sticks!), and we welcome new dancers and musicians of all genders, ethnicities and ages (but under-18s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian).
