Cutbush & Corrall Charity

Cutbush and Corrall Charity founded in 1865, by local businessman Thomas Robert Cutbush provides affordable housing to residents of Maidstone and Harrietsham, aged over 50 and retired from full-time employment, who are able to live independently and who are deemed in need. The charity currently owns 129 properties in Maidstone and a terrace of 12 almshouses in East Street, Harrietsham. However, this number of almshouses will increase this autumn with the purchase of six one bedroom flats within the development of twenty six units currently being built by Golding Homes at Church Street, Maidstone.
