Ashford and Tenterden Umbrella exists to provide mental health support to anyone. Feeling a bit low? Drop in and see what we offer. We are open Tuesday & Wednesday 10.30-2pm and Thursday Art Therapy class 11am-1pm. We offer free sessions and have a variety of activities including: pool & snooker, board games & quizzes, bingo, day trips, singing group and art classes. We have refreshments in our cafe.
