Alzheimer’s Society Dementia Cafe (Chatham) a friendly and supportive meeting place for people with Dementia and their carers. The Hub, Chatham Library, Dock Road, Chatham, Kent ME4 4TX on 2nd Thursday of the month from 10.30 – 12.30pm. Everyone is welcome to attend to share experiences advice and information, light refreshments provided.
