The Tunbridge Wells Repair Cafe

The Tunbridge Wells Repair Cafe @ Trinity Theatre is where you can bring everyday items to be fixed. We are like BBC’s the Repair Shop, only we repair everyday items instead of restoring old items. We repair things like toasters, kettles, some clocks, torn clothing, broken zips, slow computers, broken toys, broken bicycles and a wealth of other things. We have a group of skilled volunteers who can repair a multitude of items including household and garden electrical, mechanical, bicycles, clothing, jewellery, small furniture / wood items, computers / IT, miscellaneous and knife sharpening. The Tunbridge Wells Repair Cafe runs monthly on first come first served basis, no need to book. We rely on donations from those using the repair cafe. We open from 10am to 1pm and the last repair is accepted either when capacity has been reached or 12.30pm, which ever is sooner.
