17/12/2025: Car Port Roof Repair On browsing the internet, the first roof repair company that flagged up was Medway Roofers. Their reviews were good so without any hesitancy I decided to contact them. I spoke to George who put me in touch with Charles. Charles came down and inspected the damaged car port roof where the flashing lead was ripped off by the robbers. Charles had a very professional, pleasant, friendly and a business mannerism. He suggested a few options. The one I opted for was to have it cemented as we both agreed that if the car port roof was to have a new Flashing Lead fitted, there was a highly likely chance that it may get robbed again. The repair was carried out by George to a very high standard. His dedication was reflected throughout the roof repair. George also repointed the wall to make it water tight. I am very pleased with the finished work. Excellently and reliably done. I would highly recommend them. Definitely will be using this company again. Thank you Charles and George. Ramindar

23/04/2026: Roof/Gutter and Fitting of new UPVC Panel under Soffit I contacted Charles of Medway Roofers this time to repair my leaking gutter located on the side of my property. I also made a request to check out my roof. On inspection, his colleague George took pictures of the roof which clearly indicated that some of the roof tiles were broken, chipped and had cracks-and some had deep cracks. Fortunately, they were available to carry out the repair on the same day and got Eric to come and assist with the repair. Ridge tiles were repointed using mortar and the broken tiles throughout the roof was removed and replaced with the new ones. Charles went the extra mile and filled a gap on the side of the front porch of the house to avoid wild life getting in and got all the moss removed off my roof before starting the repair. Also they turned up the following day in order to refit the gutter pipe for better flow as they were not satisfied with the initial fitting and the fix. During the gutter repair I also noticed the old wooden panel coming away from the soffit. Following Charles’ reasonable quote, I got this replaced with a new UPVC panel. All work was carried out at a high standard with professionalism. Everything was left in a tidy manner and all rubbish generated during this work removed. I am very pleased with the work.
