Starts at 11:00: Ranscombe Farm – Cuxton, Rochester ME2 1LA. Meeting in the overflow parking area just outside the education hut.  (ME2 1LA, TQ711678)

The Old Chalk New Downs Project has been working with Plant life, National Trust and West Kent Downs Countryside Trust, to set out beneficial management practices which will enhance and protect the local countryside and wildlife that lives there. Join us for a circular walk around the picturesque North Downs area. Take in the scenery and learn about the work we are doing. Don’t forget a packed lunch for a mid-walk picnic!

Terrain:  Moderate terrain, walk for people with country walking experience and a good level of fitness. May include some steep paths and uneven ground. Walking boots suggested.
