Simon Springate, from Kent Field Club, will present Much Biting in the Marsh, a look at mosquitos and malaria along the Medway and Thames marshlands. There is no meeting in August.

 

The history group, which actively seeks to unearth, preserve and promote the history of the village and neighbouring areas, usually meets monthly on the fourth Thursday (7pm). Annual subscription is £15 and all meetings are open to the public (£3) unless stated.
