Timothy Walker: Gardens as Fine Art This talk looks at how to apply painting principles in designing a border, but also the ways in which a border differs to painting. In addition, it look at how contemporary work of the likes of Turner, Monet, Rothko, Jackson Pollack evolved in parallel with ideas about what a garden or border should look like. NB: Our AGM will be held on this date, starting at 7pm before the lecture.
