‘Don’t Sneeze Near The Microphone’.
The speaker, Wilf Lower, will be talking about the last days of music hall and the early days of television The next meeting of The Fawkham & District Historical Society – with short film clips. Visitors always welcome £5 to include tea & biscuits. The meeting in April will be a week later, on 14th , due to Easter. It will be entitled ‘The Intelligence War’ by Ian Thompson who has many interesting tales as he was a guide at Bletchley Park.
