5 Ways to Wellbeing course (FREE)

FREE course for people aged 19 and over, run by Kent Adult Education at the Blackthorn Trust site in Barming.

Learners will be introduced to the Five Ways to Wellbeing steps as practical ways to manage wellbeing, stress and anxiety. You will learn the background knowledge on the five steps, how they were created and how understanding each step in turn can benefit our wellbeing.
