Sevenoaks Camera Club

Sevenoaks Camera Club aims to encourage photography and help our members to make or simply enjoy better pictures. We include photographers of all abilities, from relative beginners to very experienced, from around Sevenoaks. Some of our members no longer take photographs, but attend regularly to see some good pictures from members and outside speakers. At the same time they enjoy the sociable nature of our Club, which is very important to us. We’re not concerned about what camera you use and we\’ve seen great pictures taken on compacts and mobile phones. Whether beginner or experienced, whatever medium you use to make your photographs, you will be welcome. Whilst we don\’t teach by a formal course, our talks, competitions and discussions can be great ways to learn about photographic techniques, subjects, composition, etc. Sometimes just looking at photographs can be a spur that helps us improve our own pictures. Help and guidance is also available informally from other members. We meet most Monday evenings between September and May at Mencap Hall, Hitchen Hatch Lane, Sevenoaks TN13 3AY.
