Parkinson’s UK Sittingbourne and Sheppey Meet on Friday mornings in Sittingbourne, offer a weekly exercise class for people with Parkinson’s (a small charge applies). During most months of the year, alternating between Sittingbourne and Sheerness, members and carers are welcome to attend a social meeting with entertainment and refreshments.
