ETWMRS have been meeting for over 15years. We have a permanent 00-layout in an advanced (re)construction state. Also a small N-gauge exhibition layout which belongs to a club member.
Members meet regularly, giving us a pleasant break if only for a short time from our day to day lives. Enjoying the building of layouts and running of our loco’s, swapping tales not just of railways but life in general. Work on the layouts is spread between our members dependent on their skills and time. Also we have the occasional open day.
We enthusiasts enjoy real and model railways and we would like to carry on doing so as long as possible. Also if we can extend the thrills of railway modelling beyond our small band we will be bringing a small measure of pleasure to others and also ourselves.
Whilst only a small club, members ages range from 7-75. We are friendly and we would warmly welcome anyone interested in joining us. If you are interested in railway modelling or just nosey, feel free to come along one evening.
Meetings are at Eridge station platform 1 most Thu evening 6-30-9:00(ish)
