Crowborough and District Model Boat Club.

Club members come from a wide area of Kent and Sussex to sail at Crowborough Leisure Centre on the A26 on the purpose-built lake with all-round access. There is free parking, a café, loos, a model steam railway and a children’s play area on site.

Organised regattas are shown on the calendar section of our website but we also sail on Saturday afternoons. Indoor club meetings are monthly in the Crowborough Community Centre.

The club takes part in events, competitions and shows. We have challenges to build something different each year. These included solar powered boats, 3 volt boats, a barge rescue, rowing boats, airboats and even boat football!
