Age UK Faversham and Sittingbourne

Provides a range of services including: Gardening, Handyman Services, Wellbeing 2 U which provides help in the home from a DBS checked person who also provides a regular wellnesscheck too. In our centre there is a Cogs club (structured and fun club for people with mild to moderate dementia. Our befriending service that puts together like-minded people to provide regualr contact and friendship over the phone or in person.
